ssDNA 500 Ladder是以500个碱基为递增单位的单链DNA标尺，最短条带对应 500 nt，最长条带超过 5000 nt。样品保存在 100 uL缓冲液中，内含：50 mM HEPES (pH ~7)，100 mM NaCl， 2 mM ZnCl₂，2 mM EDTA。DNA总浓度约为 50 ng/uL。ssDNA 500 Ladder适用于跑变性PAGE胶，较长时间的电泳有助于分离2500个碱基以上的DNA，以SYBR Gold Nucleic Acid Gel Stain染色效果最佳。

推荐使用方法：取 3-5 uL ssDNA 500 Ladder样品与变性Loading Buffer混合后上样，跑胶完毕用SYBR Gold Nucleic Acid Gel Stain泡染10-20分钟。ssDNA 500 Ladder 5＇端含 -PO₄^3-，可在移除该基团后做5＇端荧光或 ³²P标记。

说明及注意事项：SYBR Gold Nucleic Acid Gel Stain 结合单链核酸效果最佳，强烈建议使用SYBR Gold染色以便获得最佳效果的胶图。
